Eligibility
If FireIPTVBox does not work as advertised on your device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of activation, you are entitled to a full refund.
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@fireiptvbox.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
What's not covered
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days from activation.
- Issues caused by ISP throttling of IPTV traffic (a VPN usually resolves this).
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can.
